Reset natural body weight point

Hi,
as i have grown older, my 'natural' weight has risen. if you take it all off and re-feed gently.... how do you teach your body to have a new lower 'natural eight?

Increase activity levels, adding both aerobic/cardiovascular and resistance/weight training. Doing this on a regular basis encourages your body to be that bit lighter and leaner.

Also shift away from highly processed sugary foods towards a more natural diet, with food closer to its natural state.
