Restart tomorrow!

Started last week and I was fine but I've had a Chest infection, been on antibiotics and haven't eaten much, I have been fed tea with sugar in it and didn't realise as I was so out if it! Weighed mysel and lost 6lbs but I'm officially restarting tomorrow day 1 (in my own head) feel like poo still but much better than last week!

Thanks Hun restart today whatever happens! Think I'll have to go back to the doctors as its getting no better.
Got my packs out and ready for today after taking my daughter to nursery need to run into tesco get water and sweetners.
