Restarted mon from Exante to cambridge

Hi everyone I'm restarting back onto Cambridge from the Exante, only reason I need the support and weekly weigh in from a consultant. I love these diets, so can't wait to get started. I so suffer the first 4 days but after that I'm on such a high, I don't want to come off. But I sabotaged myself with a hol to Crete and didn't really get back on track. The consultant I use is so encouraging aswell. Anyone else starting tomorrow.

Yup on SS, 23rd week and i've lost 6 stone So happy! x

Wow wow that's amazing I need to lose around 3 and 1/2 stone, would be nice to be in little black dress by Xmas.
