Hi - I'm on a restart too and now day 4. Its not been too bad, just as long as you can get in the right frame of mind and keep focussed. Bizarrely like last time I find that cooking helps - maybe I'm mentally eating while cooking?? I also have an 18 year old daughter so want to make sure she eats healthily while I'm on this diet.
