Im restating sw in the morning at home any advice to stay on track cause I only seem to be able to do the weight loss if I go to group and wih money tight trying at home x
 
Write yourself a weekly menu, then you know what to buy and save money as well as you can plan to use the ingredients for more than one meal.
I use a packet of 500g mince for 2 meals such as spag. bol, beefburgers
Look for special offers in your local shops, etc 4 cans of Branston beans=£1-00. 12 tins of chopped tomatoes=£3-00
