Restarting tomorrow

After a long summer of battling and giving up for the entire month of August I'm getting back on the wagon. I'd been doing so well from Feb to June, dropping two dress sizes from a 20/22 to a very comfy 16. Now summer is over I'm feeling podgy again and my 16s are snug. So its a new beginning for me, with the aim of being a size 12/14 for Christmas...wish me luck

Thank you all. I'm actually excited to get into the plan properly again as I know how well it works. Have had good wear out of my new suze 16 clothes-time to work towards a new winter wardrobe

Day one down and all is going well. Feels good to be in control again. Thanks for your kind words, they've helped me keep focused today
