Hello
Restarting solesource after bit of a break in my quest to loose enough weight to start on fertility treatment. I am 16 stone at present but need to get to 14st 4lbs to start on medication. Need some support in my quest so thought I would register on this message board. Also would like to know if you can eat sugar free gum (to help with ketosis)
