restaurant meal on fri - help please!

Hello the link above is for the menu for the restaurant im going to.

It's an indian vegetarian restaurant and i'll be on a green day. I know i can't syn this accurately but does anyone have any suggestions for the lease synful starters and least synful mains?

I'm quite new to SW so im finding it hard to tell which will be better dishes than others and i guess they'll all have oil in!

I'd like paneer but im sure thats high in syns!

I am quite new myself and am not as clever as the others yet when it comes to syns but someone will help you.

I only know that a portion plain Naan bread is 15 syns !!! Pilau rice on a green day is 14 syns. 1 poppadom is 3.5 syns, a tablespoonful of mango chutney is 2 syns. Boiled rice is free so seems a good option.

Indian food is very high in syns, though you can save allyour syns for your special night out.

The restaurant looks brilliant and what an amazing menu.

Can't help on the syn values but *wow* that restaurant is amazing. I want to come to Leeds NOW lol! Might be a bit far for a curry...But I'm a veggie so being able to choose anything on the menu would be bliss. Have a great time there,
