Returning to this diet again

Hi I am a returning CD'er. I did this diet around 4-5 years ago and lost 3st in 6 weeks however due to pregnancies I am now 13st 7lbs an am hoping to lose 3 stone again. This is my 3rd day and have had a headache for the last two days but am determined to stick at it. I'm from Clacton so if anybody is nearby and wants to chat or become buddies then that would be great
