REWARD STICKERS

I have got some of my own "sparkly Reward stickers" so that when I lose 7lb I can stick it in my paper diary/on the fridge.... just a quick idea for motivation!
 
I am very OCD about keeping my diary. I log everything in it; food I ate that day, things I have to do, dates, appointments, information to remember for work, recipes I've found etc. And I think that this might help! I might use stickers in there to remind me the days that I hit specific weight loss targets and hopefully if I get demotivated, I can look back and see how well I've already done :D Good idea!
