Rezal's Food diary

Just getting this setup. I won't be going back for a couple of weeks (finances, yay! :p) but I'll try and start keeping a food diary again from Monday (maybe sooner if the motivation kicks in!)

I've been addicted to sugar for too long, and need to shed the habit. I've switched back to Sweetners for Tea and Coffee as of today, but that didn't stop me buying too much chocolate to eat o_O

Soooo that'll have to stop, going to start weaning out the bad habits so when I start back again, it's not as big of a shock on me.

I get very cranky if I don't manage my hunger and cravings well :p
