Rhino and the battle of the flab!

Hey Everyone,

I'm 21 and 6 stone overweight. I, like a lot of you have tried every diet going only to stop and put it all back on again :sigh:

I need to understand the reasons why I eat so much and kick this excess booty to the kerb. From tomorrow I will be starting a new plan as follows..

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 3 x shakes a day, unlimited fruit and veg, 3l water

Saturday - Anything goes! I can eat whatever I want however much I want (an off day in other words)

I am looking forward to tackling this after what seems like years since I originally ordered the shake powder!

Too right rhino! Any change that we want to be a forever change needs to be gradual and sensible otherwise no way will we be able to stick to the plan.

And drink lots of water to avoid issues due to all that loss.
 
Welll.... I fell off the wagon good and hard :break_diet:

Trying to cut down on the crap today and will start up again tomorrow.. adapting the plan slightly to two shakes for Breakfast, Lunch and a normal dinner. Also looking at incorporating a fitness DVD to boost the weight loss.

Will weight in tomorrow and assess the damage :sigh2:
