So rhubarb is super speed, but cooked fruit is synned. But I've been told that rhubarb is technically a vegetable and not a fruit. So is it ok to cook it as I love rhubarb but no way could I eat it raw!
Any food scientists out there or SW consultants who can help me please

Forget all the above rambling. Just been told that you can have cooked rhubarb with sweetener instead of sugar for 0.5 syns

I was told it is 0.5 syns for 100g. I don't have access to the website so I'm only going on what I was told by another member.
I love rhubarb too ...but usually with a crumble topping and ice cream lol

Ive never cooked rhubarb...any advice please???? X
Becki I would previously have used it in a crumble but you would need to stew it in some water and sweetener as it is quite sour. Personally I don't like sweetener and quite enjoy the sourness so I will need to experiment a bit. If I find a good recipe/ formula I will let you know
