Rice as hex in red,

Hi all,

I'm working from home from 2010 books,
N I can't seem to find if I can have rice as a hex b

Can any one tell me if you can n if so how much I'm allowed

Its not on the HE's online so i presume you can't have it as a HE.

I always thort you could as long as it was whole wheat or something but when I couldn't find it in the book I did wonder,
I like curry n such n like them with rice so guess will just have to syn it.

No sorry, rice has never been a healthy extra. It will be high in syns you could might be better doing an EE day or there is a recipe in the recipe sub-forum for cauliflower rice that apparently works well as a substitute.

I'll just have to syn it,
Iv tried the EE but couldnt get to grips with it, find it easier to do red and green
