Rice krispies multigrain

As these are multigrain does anyone know whether they can be used as HEb, or do they have to be synned? If so how many syns are they?

Rice Krispies Multi-Grain Shapes?

If so - can't see them on the Healthy Extra list so they would need to be Synned. 25g = 4.5 Syns
