    Hi

How do you work out the ProPoints for Pasta / Rice / Potatoes (both dry and cooked)?

eg how many ProPoints is a Jacket Potato/
Mash Potatoes used to be 1 point per tablespoon - how many ProPoints would it be now?

    Thanks in advance xx
