rice pudding measurement help!!

hiya! im a huge fan of the syn free rice pudding but today i accidentally wiped my recipes off my computer... :sigh: i need help with measuring how many grams of pudding rice i need!!

i have 200mls of semi skimmed milk left to use today, and i will double it to 400mls with water.

so 400mls of fluid + how many grams of rice??


any help would be fantastic!!
