Shamelessy stolen the idea and format from Pub!

20th August - current weight 17st

Breakfast: A Jaffa cake (only one gram of fat and 46 calories according to the advert) and so far just over a litre of water. 2 Marlboro lights

Lunch: Trying to resist the roast dinner option in the canteen. Will probably head out and have a sandwich and some water.

Dinner: This is the tricky part. I'm aiming to alternate between tuna sandwiches and chicken with rice.

Physical activities: Played an hour of football last night and will go swimming tonight. Lifted weights this morning for 15 mnutes.

Keeping a record of everything I eat will enable me to look at it in disgust and change my eating habits.

Okay - I think you know that a jaffa cake and a couple of fags is not a balanced breakfast;)
But well done for writing things down

Yes, I know it's not the healthiest of breakfasts! It's got to be better than a bacon sandwich though! :)

I wasn't so good with my exercise regime last night.

England were playing, which meant going to the pub. Restricted myself to 3 pints though, instead of the more usual 10. I think next time I'll boycott the alcohol, though. Surely it can't be that hard to sit in a pub and not drink alcohol?

I'll be making up for it in the gym tonight though. Heading there straight from work. Planning to do an hour or so of weights, followed by an hour of spinning class and a bit of swimming. Hopefully I will feel suitably punished for drinking last night!

If anyone caught the game they will understand the need for alcohol last night! :)
