Right as the title says I have had enough, I am back up to the weight I was when I started last year.. my trousers are getting tighter, I feel fat, bloated, ugly, oh and did I say fat! I am eating utter crap even when I am not hungry, seem to be on a mission.... so enough being enough I have about 20ish days of shakes etc so I am starting tomorrow... Its my mum's 60th birthday on Thursday and we are having a party on Saturday, but if I don't start it now, I could be another stone heavier if I don't stop eating... I neeed to take food out of the equation for a while...

I have so many nice clothes I bought last year before I got poorly that are sitting in my wardrobe, and I am sick of feeling down and depressed, it makes me think how fantastic I was feeling this time last year...

    HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP MMMMMMEEEEEEE..

    Love

    Hi

Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. Many others have been in this situation, including me. I know what a horrible feeling it is, it seems difficult to understand why and how we put ourselves in that situation. Because we know that we have done it ourself I think we sink even lower. For me I felt that because I had lost the weight and then just gained it again I must be stupid at the very least. The lesson it taught me was that this dieting battle is purely in my head. cos I know that if I get my head right I can stick to a SS diet and lose weight. I just need to to the same with maintenance. Anyway after this ramble what I am saying is you know you can do it cos you have already proved it. Just put the gain behind you and start again, its tough but no one else can do it for you. I hope it goes well, please get in touch if you need any help. Big hugs xx

Nikki ... I went to the Brum meet last weekend - just for the Saturday ..... and I feel all inspired again to lose the weight.

How about putting your name down for one of the meets??? There's a Liverpool one - not too far away, that we're going to just for the Saturday.

    Poor Nikki,

I haven't been around much recently but spotted this thread just now.

as you know S/S can just faal into place when your heasd is in the right place.
a large part of this is self belief & I totally agree with Bev that the liverpool meet would let you meet others & get a team spirirt going, but it's some time away.

just a thought; would it be easier if you had a diet buddy? If so then could you contact your CDC & ask her if she has a client that might be interested in pairing up with you?

Sending you loads of my determination vibes!
I have to say that I really struggled in the early days...this diet is hard core, but I do now find it a way of life and I just feel so positive and happy and healthy, that there is no way I would give in now.
I used to feel it was such a long journey, but at just over half way(Ticker a bit out of date as CDC on hols)the difference is already extreme...not just in body, but in mind too.Try to have little goals..and keep to them and then move on to the next...each goal gets easier!

    Big Hugs!
