Can anyone let me know if chicken has a syn value on a red day if you roast it in its skin, but remove it before eating?

it will be free as long as all skin and fat removed after cooking

I would advise placing it on a roasting rack too in your roasting tray, as otherwise it will sit in all the oil released from the skin/fat and be rather greasy.
