Hi everyone I know there's lots of threads on Syns for Chinese but I couldn't find the values for this dish anywhere (or on the online database). Hope I haven't missed it anywhere.
It's the dish I usually choose and it's one of the lowest on WW (used to be 4.5 I believe)
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on values
It's the dish with roast pork usually on beansprouts
Was considering a Chinese tomorrow but I'd prefer this to chow mein if possible
