Roasted pumpkin seeds

Hi

after carving the pumpkin I decided to try roasting some of the seeds in the oven, I boiled them in salted water firstly, dried and spread them on warmed baking tray and sprayed them with frylite and some smoked paprika, now I am wondering would there be syns in them? any thoughts?

No afraid not - nuts and seeds are naturally high in oils and so come out high in syns. That is why they are a HEB on the green day - you can have 2 level dsp pumpkin seeds as a HEB on the green plan.

I'm not a fan of nuts and seeds anyway lol :) was just curious
