Robyns Summer Body Food Diary :)

    Hey my name is Robyn I started slimming world the 6th of this month at 11 st 12 lbs... I currently weigh 11 st 91/2 lbs I had originally set a target for a 2 stone loss by the 10th September this year for my holidays. Not feeling that confident about it right now, I have started using the WII fit plus and a just dance game number 2 only this week, so hoping to keep that up now. Here is my food diary as of today so far :)

    Breakfast: I just had eggs with diluted orange sugar free

    Little Break in my course: I had weetabix as my HEB and milk as my HEA, a banana and water

    Big break: i had a baked potato with chicken, onions, stuffing with taco sauce and water


    syns: Taco sauce on my baked potato was 2 syns and stuffing was 2 syns also so thats 4!! :D..


    I am open to advice also :D thanks for looking xxx

    I've looked up the syns for the taco sauce and stuffing on the SW app.. just waiting for the pics to send to my computer so I can upload them. :) (I kinda took about 500000000 pics of my dogs so it may be a little while.. haha!)

    Thanks so much for that, i figured 2 syns per level tabel spoon for the taco sauce I remembered i read it somewhere before. and 2 syns for the little bit of stuffing, I was kinda bad when i went home though was locked out so went chipper with my dad OOOPS!! :( Aw there gorgeous dogs.. my boyfriends is a rotweiler cross husky :D xx

    Ohh rotties and huskies are both beautiful, so I bet your bfs dog is super beautiful.. hehe :)

    Don't worry about the chippie. Everyone has blips. :) On EE a standard portion is 17.5 syns and a large 26 syns. If you're worried up your super free for the next day or two, it's what I do if I go slightly over my syns x

    haha thank you :)... can you use the app if your not attending the meetings because I am doing slimming world from home? thank you for the syns :) and for the advice thats what i will do and just up the exercise a bit :D your doing so well.. well done!! xx

    hmm.. I'm just automatically logged in now, but I think I had to give the same info as my online info to sign in to the app, so I don't see why it shouldn't work. :)
    I got the chip syns from the back of my group. There's a whole section for take away syns. :)
    If you do up the exercise make sure to keep hydrated and eat more syper free as well, or your body may panic lol x

    Its really hard to get into though isnt it, like i love eating healthy but i do love a take away too, but when i eat a takeaway my belly doesnt like it , i feel icky afterwards and yet i still do it, doesnt make sense.. x

    yeah it can be hard. :( It's why I put on in my second week. I had pizza hut pizza, ice cream van ice cream, chocolate, biscuits.. :(
    And of course I felt like pants after, so I've not done it again since.. haha

    Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast(HEXB) with scrambled egg made with some of my (HEAX) milk.

    Little break: Apple and low fat yougurt FREE

    Big Break: baked potato with chicken and onions + Water

    Snacks so far: I had some crisps - 5 syns + a cherry bakewell im not sure about the syns on that one, must check when im home!!

    Drinks: Water and sugar free cordial FREE! :D xxx
