Hi, my name is Kay, I'm 34, mum of 3 & still struggling with my weight! I lost 4.5st in 2014 won miss slinky & greatest loser... Then I stopped going & gain most of it back

I rejoined a couple of weeks ago, lost 3.5lb in my first week... Been off plan due to birthday celebrations & basically eating what I want, getting weighed either Wednesday or Thursday (not sure which yet) expecting a big gain so drawing a line & starting again from tomorrow...

I'll be keeping a diary here & I also have an Instagram account sw_mummy_bear where I'll be posting food pics... Seriously need to sort myself out NOW!
 
Weighed in last night (I'm normally a morning weigher) & after 2 naughty weeks (3 birthdays, seaside, party & lots of alcohol) I gained 6.5lb

Decided not to wait till morning to restart so for dinner I had sw 3 bean chilli, rice & a steam fresh veg pack
 
Thursday 15th September

Sausage (0.5) eggs, beans, fresh & tinned tomatoes & toast (B)
SW tomato soup with ham 'toastie' (half A) cucumber & Apple
Quorn chilli, rice (0.5) & steam fresh veg pack
Chipsticks (4) fibre one bar (4)
Drank tea with milk (half A) sf pop

Friday 16th September

Fried eggs on toast (B) with ham, tomato & gherkin
Naked noodles, peppers, cucumber & Apple
Quorn chilli, rice (0.5) steam fresh veg pack, ff natural yogurt & cheese (A)
Chipsticks (4) space raiders (3) milky bar mousse - frozen (4.5) & choc shot (0.5)
Drank tea with milk (part A) & sf squash
Syns: 12.5
 
Saturday 17th September

3 crustless toast (B) 1 x dairylea light triangles (part A) & fruit
Roast tomato & chilli Couscous mixed with mackerel in tomato sauce & fried peppers n onions
Salmon fillet, chips, pickles & curry sauce
Milky bar mousse (4.5) fibre one bar (4) choc shot (0.5) & pomegranate seeds / space raiders (3)
Drank tea with milk (part A) & water

Sunday 18th September

3 wm toast (B) 2 bacon, tomatoes & gherkins
pork steak mushrooms & carrots in gravy, cauliflower cheese (2.5) broccoli, potatoes & 2 Yorkshire puds (4)
Salmon & veg sticks
Chipsticks (4) 3 mikado sticks (1.5)
Drank 1 tea with milk (part A) sf squash

How did you make the 'toastie'? I love bread and struggle to stop at my B allowance so tend to try and avoid it altogether and then waste my healthy B on HiFi bars! Good luck with your weight loss. Your food diaries look great!

Hiya, I use slices of ham or chicken in the toastie maker instead of the bread, add fillings then cook as normal, the meat goes lovely & crisp & I always use cheese so feel like a naughty treat! X

Overnight oats (B) grated carrots & Apple
pork steak mushrooms & carrots in gravy & cauliflower cheese (2.5 & part A)
Chicken mayflower curry (4) rice (0.5) & steamfresh veg
Chipsticks (4)
Drank 1 tea with milk (part A) & sf pop
