Have done a diary for march - good month, and then again for April, terrible month eating-wise. Wasn't very prepared and no big shops done so i was winging it. Still managed a good enough loss somehow!! This month back on track though. (fingers crossed!!) I was going to stop doing a food diary but I feel like somethings missing!!

My weigh in day is Tuesday and my week starts on a Tuesday, so I'll start updating tomorrow (although I was very good today!!! Lol).

Breakfast
Weetabix & 200ml semi skimmed milk (hea 1 & heb 1)

Lunch
2 slices nimble bread toasted. 2 laughing cow extra light triangles, tomato, spring onions, tbsp salad cream light (heb 2, some of hea 2 & 1.5 syns)

Dinner
Chip buttie from the local chip shop (23 syns). I've been craving one for about 3 weeks. Im glad I had it though as it wasnt as nice as I was expecting so I won't want one for a long time!

Snacks
Grapes, strawberries, raspberries and a bag of haribo (this was also a craving and was sooo much nicer than I expected - boo :( ) guessing at about 30 syns(eeeeek!)

3 slices oat bran with 2 laughing cow xtra light, tomato, spring onion, tbsp light salad cream (going to not use my 2nd heb tomorrow and count this as part of it.I've mentioned before how my consultant says you can go without a heb one day and you can eat 5 oat/scan bran at some point throughout the week. 0.5 hea 2 and 1.5 syns)

Dinner
Quorn burger on 57g wholemeal bap, lettuce, tomato, onion, 15g grated cheddar cheese. Sw chips, 2 tbsp ketchup (remaining hea 2 & 1 Allowance & 2 syns)

Snacks
Strawberries, blackberries, muller light, banana, 2 glasses wine (15 syns)

Slice of wholemeal bread (heb 2) toasted with tsp flora light (1 syn) and boiled egg (made 2 couldn't finish 2nd!)

Dinner
veggie stir fry - red, green, yellow peppers, red onion, tenderstem broccoli, mange tout, baby sweetcorn, carrot, mushroom, cauliflower, spring onion. With sweet and sour sauce from 100 green recipe book (light malt vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, chilli, garlic, ginger (0.5 syn)) and dried noodles.

Snacks
Banana, mullerlight, curlywurly,

Ok, so was supposed to go without my 2nd heb today but I'll do it on sat. Have fruit salad for brekkie maybe.

Worked out I've got 15 syns for sat, sun, mon.... Damn you bottle of wine!! I don't usually drink so never have to account for it. But at the same time, I really enjoyed those 2 glasses!! :D

Late Breakfast/Brunch
Banana, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blueberries. muller light yogurt.

Dinner
3 quorn sausages, mashed potatoes with small bit of milk, steamed brussel sprouts, tenderstem broccolli, mangetout, baby sweetcorn, roasted (with frylight) carrots, onions, yellow pepper, mushroom. I also sprinkled a little thyme over my vegetable in the oven. Also had some roasted potatoes (quartered and frylighted). Tbsp ketchup. (part of hea 1 allowance, 1 syn)

Late snack
Tin of spaghetti hoops.

Other snacks
About 2 teas using milk from hea allowance.

Breakfast - due to my 12 hour sleep i didnt have brekkie til about 2pm... whoops! :D
2 x weetabix & 200ml semi skimmed milk
(hea 1 & heb 1)

Dinner
Salad (including lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pickled onion, spring onion, green pepper, carrot, tbsp extra light salad cream & 28g grated cheddar cheese. I also made roasted sweet potato wedges for the first time and they were gorgeous. Sprinkled a little cajun spice over them before popping them in the oven. (1 syn & hea 2)

Supper
(Still have to have my 3 meals! :D) Have taken out some frozen fruit for later. Included in it - Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, redcurrants & blackcurrants.

Other snacks
Banana, fairy cake. 4.5 syns. 5 cups tea using milk from rest of hea 1 allowance and 1 syn.

Baked potato with 42g melted cheese and salad (lettuce, tomato, spring onion, red pepper, carrot, beetroot, pickled onions, egg)

Flump (1.5 syns), banana, 4 mandarin oranges...sounds good?! Then I went to the cinema and couldn't resist the popcorn!!!! The medium size...sweet. No idea of the syn value but I saw somewhere that there were about 1000 cals in a medium sweet popcorn... 50 syns???!!! Eeeeek!!!

Had a slice of toast and cheese, which would've been my hea 2 & heb 2 ready for the evening and my oh came home with bacon fries for me. Of course couldn't resist!!! So 6 syns :(

Ok so over syn allowance for this week but have been eating loads of superspeed/superfree this week so hopefully that might compensate. Gonna blitz my superspeed, superfree, superspicy tomato soup for tomorrow's lunch now!

Tomato soup (superspeed, superspicy, superfree) and boy is it spicy!! 2 slices nimble bread toasted with tomato and 42g low fat cheese. Very full after this lunch!!! (hea 1 & heb 1)

Dinner
Sw chilli con quorn-e(!) with boiled rice. Little bit of low fat cheese sprinkled over the top of it (about 20g). 0.5 hea 2

Snacks
6 doritos, bag of maltesers, orange. 3 teas with milk from hea 2.

WI tomorrow, not looking forward to it.... Although I've eaten lots of superspeed and superfree this week, I'm way over my syns and I've eaten LOADS today!! Fingers crossed!

after I had completed my food diary last night my friend called round with a bottle of wine... She's off to belgium for a week so I did feel obliged(!!) to help her drink it!! Lol - another 15 syns....**shakes head**

Today was WI and managed half lb off...happy with that though!!

Breakfast
Forgot to take out my frozen fruit last night (likely due to me being slightly tipsy! Anyone will see that I don't drink very often!) so had the good ole reliable 2 weetabix and 200ml skimmed milk (hea 1 & heb 1)

Lunch
Bowl of superfree, superspeed, superspicy tomato soup. One slice nimble toasted with tomato and 20g low fat cheddar cheese grated and melted over the top. (0.5 hea 2 & 0.5 heb 2)

Dinner
Sw chunky wedges with my chilli con quorn, topped with 20g red leicester cheese.(0.5 hea 2)

Snacks
Banana, mullerlight yoghurt. Chocolate hobnob. (4.5 syns), 4 cups tea using remaining hea allowance. 28g frosted kellogs frosted wheats (5 syns)

So gonna try to remember all I've had over the last few days. I've been sort of good, but had my niece's first communion on Sunday and we went out for a nice meal (and didnt count the syns!)
