Think it's 5-6g carbs per cup/100g... Don't quote me on that but that's what i always counted it as. I like it just steamed/boiled then blob of butter on top followed by a sprinkling of grated cheese melted.
Damn, i meant it's a form of cauli rather than brocolli. To be honest it kinda tastes like a combination of the two in my opinion. The taste of brocolli but the consistency of cauli, or certainly similar.
