    Change of plan to original dinner went for my carvery tonight
    meat, potatoes, veg free, yorkshire approx 6 syns, stuffing 3 syns, gravy 1 syn, ice cream for dessert 10 syns, half a cider 6 syns so in case am out total of 30 syns for day

    gammon, with white sauce 2.5syns milk (150mls 3.5syns) maybe some cheese 28g 6syns corn, peas, rice,
    dessert grapefruit and a mueller light

    aero bar 5.5g from easter egg
    having real difficulty getting my hex b in at moment. need to buy some breakfast bars

    Edited to say have had my hex b - cant keep away from those hi fi bars,

    got 30 syns left for sat, sun and monday, want to try to only have 6 if i can as guestimated cheese earlier on in the week and want a loss this week

    Breakfast - Melon and Grapes
    Lunch Scrambled egg, 28g cheese hexa, bacon, 2 slices wholemeal toast hex b
    dinner - roasted lamb shank and sw mash and roasted vegetables. Bit scared of trying a new reciepe lol, yorkshire pud 3 syns

    well the lamb was rather yuk to be honest not worth the 3 hours cooking however the swede and carrots with it were delish!!!!

    turkey, mash, roasted veg (roasted in stock) yorkshire 3 syns, stuffing couple of syns 2 finger kit kat not sure of syns but not gone over for week.

    new week start tomorrow..... feel like i have allowed myself more treats this week but still stayed within syns so hopefully a loss tomorrow

    well i maintained last night am pleased with that and the fact that there is no more chocolate in my house
