Edited to say have had my hex b - cant keep away from those hi fi bars,

got 30 syns left for sat, sun and monday, want to try to only have 6 if i can as guestimated cheese earlier on in the week and want a loss this week

dinner - roasted lamb shank and sw mash and roasted vegetables. Bit scared of trying a new reciepe lol, yorkshire pud 3 syns

well the lamb was rather yuk to be honest not worth the 3 hours cooking however the swede and carrots with it were delish!!!!

turkey, mash, roasted veg (roasted in stock) yorkshire 3 syns, stuffing couple of syns 2 finger kit kat not sure of syns but not gone over for week.

new week start tomorrow..... feel like i have allowed myself more treats this week but still stayed within syns so hopefully a loss tomorrow

well i maintained last night am pleased with that and the fact that there is no more chocolate in my house
