Right so heres my first food diary entry...

Breakfast
special K and skimmed milk-3
Apple 0.5
total 3.5

Lunch
Salad sandwich-2
ww wotsits-1
alpen light bar-1
pinapple-1
total 5

Dinner
Light choices lasagne-7
toast 2
total 9

Total 17.5 saved 2.5

Burnt 200 calories on cross trainer (20 mins)
And drank 2 litres of water.
I really hope I keep this up!!

looks good chantelle! let me know how you get on with the light choices lasagne, its one of the tesco ready meals i havnt actually tried! when do you weigh in? x

hey katie, lighter choices lasagne was pretty alright...and i also tried a cheese brocolli pasta one before which is absolutely delicious!!!
I weighed in last night for the first time and was 10.11!! 2 pound more than I thought i would be so i cant even change my ticker thingy...
im not deterred though and it makes me want to try even harder...!
heres my food diary for yesterday!

I did a few sprints at our local BMX track so i dont really know how many calories i burnt but i was really tired after... :)
when we got home everyone got chip shop chips and i sat at home with my ww soup! was so proud of myself!!! they offered my chips but i didnt have any!!!
heres to another good day!

heyyy. just checking in on you! its good that the extra 2lbs has spurred you on, that could really de-motivate some people so good on you! food diary was vvvv low points yesterday? if your interested in knowing how many cals youve burnt id definitely suggest investing in a heart rate monitor, you can get them quite cheap these days, they are accurate & let you know what your actually doing rather than having to guess. p.s. well done on resisting the chips!

Hey Katie, yeah ive noticed that my points seem a bit lower than they should be, however i dont count for milk in my tea or the odd mint etc, so that would all prob boost my points up a bit!! where did you get your heart rate monitor from?
