Hi diary!


I have lost over one stone now and target doesn't seem so far away :) Up until now I've been attending a group, however saving for the wedding and joining a gym this week I've decided financially it would be better to go it alone (with minimins) as well of course.


Therefore starting tomorrow this diary will become a useful tool for me , documenting my thoughts and food for the day.


Daily food list will be added every morning, starting tomorrow.
 
Tuesday 12th November

Breakfast
1 x weetabix 1/2hex b
Ss milk 1/2 hex a
(no fruit in the house so lacking

Lunch
chicken sandwich with piri piri

Dinner
- ate at a party and was pretty good
Daily syns
-going to guesstimate today being around 20, I'm not going to dwell on it as it was a special occasion, tomorrow is a new day

Wednesday 13th November

Breakfast
1x slice of bread hexb
banana

Lunch
noodles
soy sauce
peppers
Onions

Dinner
Beef
mashed potatoe
carrots
yorkshire ppudding 4syns
roast potatoes
gravy 4 syns

Snacks
small sliver of birthday cakes (4 syns)
Milky way shared with my son 2.5 syns
Glass of wine 6 syns

Well to sim it up this weeks going a bit crazy, plus we've got the weekend away. I just need to be as good as I can.

The cupboards are bare, but don't want to stock up yet as going away all weekend. Will have to make do for the rest of the week now.

Well I'm back today after an eventful few days away, I haven't managed to do a big shop yet though which is rubbish.

Scales sat 11:3 today after the weekends eats, I'm in shock I'm sure it'll come back to get me next week.

I need to stop dilly dallying around and get serious, I'm dragging it out for far too long. Loosing 1 pesky pound a week at the most, totally not giving 100% lately grr. Back to writing my food here again tomorrow
