    After my summer break from slimming world and errant eating, I have started again to shift the half a stone I put on. So to keep me on track and for you guys who notice anything I could do better please feel free to comment.

    Monday Green Day
    Hex A: skimmed milk

    Breakfast:
    I medium slice of toast (HEXB)
    Tinned spaghetti

    Lunch:
    Plain noodles
    extra light mayo (1/2 syn)
    2 plums
    pear

    Snack:
    plain yogurt and Alpen fruit light bar (3 syns)
    Dinner:
    fish pie with broccoli (2 syns for cornflour) (hexB)
    banana
    mini twister ice lolly (2.5 syns)
    Two finger Kit kat (5.5 syns)
    Total syns 13.5
    Aim for tomorrow: to eat less junk food

    Uncle Bens express rice Lemon flavour with Quorn slices (2 syns)

    Whilst walking past work kitchen:small marshmallow (?2 syns)

    Dinner:
    Pasta with spinch and ricotta (hex B)
    Mini twister ice lolly 2 Syns
    Alpen light bar 3 syns

    I had already had my two hex b s with the porridge and ricotta cheese (this cheese is a B and not an A)
