RosiePops Green/EE Food Diary!

    I decided to start a food diary on here- I usually keep one on my phone but I feel more accountable on here!
    I'm mainly doing EE/Green but might try a few red days after a trip to the farm shop.
    I'm hoping to lose weight and maintain for my upcoming wedding- I'm 11st now and want to be around 10st4-7lb.
    Main motivation= can't buy my dress til I hit target! So here goes.

    Tuesday 27th May- Green
    Breakfast: 35g All bran (Hexb) with skimmed milk (hexa) and coffee!
    Lunch: Banana, Cheese and pickle sandwich (Hexb and hexa) quavers (4.5) spread (1)
    Tea: Spag bol with quorn mince, chopped toms/mushrooms/onions/garlic/peppers
    Snacks: Pineapple, grapes

    Thoughts: More SF needed!

    Hi there Rosie

    looks like you are on track to getting there, bet you are really excited about trying on wedding dresses, brilliant goal to aim for. By the look of your diary I would say you are doing great food wise, keep it up you will get there :D

    Thanks :) could have done with a little more superfree food but overall not a bad day!
    Really excited for my wedding dress, I think I have chosen the one id like but trying not to think about it til I hit target! Not far to go now....

    Wednesday 28th May- Green
    Breakfast: 2 egg omlette with mushrooms, quorn sausage (1) tomato ketchup (1) low fat cheese (hexa)
    Lunch: All bran (hexb) with milk (hexa) bowl of pineapple/apple
    1xtoast, hummus (2) pickled onion, celery, cheese (hexa)
    Tea: Yesterdays spag bol!
    Snack: ff yoghurt
    Egg custard tart in the fridge, blatantly supper at 11 syns...

    Thursday 29th May- EE
    Breakfast- All bran (hexb) milk (hexa)
    Lunch- not sure yet, maybe a jacket potato with beans and some fruit.
    Tea: Stew with lean beef, carrots, onions, celery, chopped tomatoes and a maggi mix (whole packet is 6 syns i think so will say 3)
    Snacks: FF yoghurt, grapes

    Thoughts: A 1lb gain on the scales today, after coming to a standstill the last two weeks I'm going back the wrong way! Meal out on Saturday then starting a June challenge- lets see if I can hit target by the end of the month!

    Friday 30th May
    Breakfast: wm toast hexb, beans, egg
    Lunch: apples, all bran hexb with milk hexa
    Tea: a noodle concoction with mushrooms, onions and curry paste I think...
    Syns: going for a couple of drinks, its been a rubbish week! Out tomorrow for a meal but not drinking.

    Saturday 31st May
    Bad day- be warned!
    Breakfast: toast Hexb and marmite with fruit
    Lunch: McDonald's Fruit bag and 80cal crisps
    Tea: garlic mushrooms, veggie lasagna and cookie cheesecake :-o

    Sunday 1st June
    Today was supposed to be a fresh start for a good month! Must have Sunday mentality. Start tomorrow.
    Breakfast: strawberries and fat free yoghurt
    Lunch/tea: family BBQ. Veggies and salad, beef burger, two sausages, fish, chicken drumstick, bread roll. Cooked banana and marshmallows with ice cream! Along with some martini and baileys. Oh dear.

    Monday 2nd June- Green
    Feel back on track today! Had a lazy one as wasn't feeling well but good food :)
    Breakfast: all bran and s milk (hexa & hexb) apple, grapes
    Lunch: eggy bread! With chopped tomatoes and ketchup (1) and strawberries with ff yoghurt
    Snack: hoops and crosses crisps (4)
    Tea: pasta with vegetable sauce (onion, mixed peppers, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes and herbs). 40g reduced fat cheddar (hexa).
    Options (2) for supper.

    Tuesday 3rd June- green

    Breakfast: magic porridge with strawberries
    Lunch: ploughmans! 1wm bread Hexb & one slice synned (3) with spread (2) and my cheese Hexa. Pickled onions, Branston, apple.
    Tea: yesterday's leftover pasta sauce but going to have it with sw chips as it is quite chunky. Add 2syns for sweet chilli sauce!

    Wednesday 4th June- green

    Breakfast: brown toast, poached egg
    Lunch: magic porridge with strawberries
    Tea: fish and chips!
    Weighed in today and in the 10s! Don't want to get in to the habit of rewarding with food but have had a long day, no food in and I really fancy fips!

    Breakfast: all bran and milk
    Lunch: apple, ff yoghurt, chicken skewer
    Tea: lamb meatballs with super free sauce, pasta
    Options hot choc if I fancy later.
    No more syns today as cant be sure the meatballs and chicken were free!

    Friday 5th June
    reasonable food day today but drank too much!
    Breakfast: all bran and milk, banana
    Lunch: banana (they're going too ripe!) apple, bowl strawberries and ff yoghurt
    Tea: ate out, chose the mushroom stroganoff and boiled rice. It didnt taste very creamy so hopefully not too bad!
    Had a few glasses of wine and some martinis. Booked our wedding!

    Saturday 7th June

    Oh god it gets worse
    Breakfast: spaghetti hoops, mushrooms, egg, toast
    Lunch: McDonald's :-o filet o fish and chips. And a biscuit!
    Tea: a lot of eine and nibbles including Pringles and pizza
    Ohh dear!

    Sunday 8th June

    Breakfast/lunch: savoury rice! And homemade tomato soup
    Tea: enchiladas
    Wraps will be high syn but I'm not having any other syns today and its been such an atrocious weekend already I might as well get it out of my system!
    Cooked for tomorrow so will be back on track :)

    Monday 9th June- EE

    Breakfast: all bran and milk
    Lunch: homemade free tomato soup, spicy veg and chicken with rice
    Tea: 2 Linda McCartney sausages (4) sw chips, carrots and peas with gravy (4?)
    strawberries and ff yoghurt for supper with a sprinkle of cereal (2?)
    OH bought me a huge chocolate cookie, must resist.

    Breakfast: all bran and milk, apple
    Lunch: homemade free tomato soup, noodles with Thai curry paste (1)
    Tea: small piece of gammon, small piece of steak, homemade potato and onion Rostis, roast carrot, pineapple and creamy sauce (2)

    Thank you! I WI tomorrow officially but had a sneak peak today and I am showing a teeny gain, just half a lb. I am genuinely shocked it wasn't at least three lb! Thurs-Sun were ATROCIOUS.
    Ohhh yes I have already chosen the dress! Its online so i want to hit a few shops and try on similar styles to make sure it suits, so I need to get to target! I think the last half stone will make a real difference to my shape in terms of bringing my waist back- or it did when i lost weight 3yrs ago.
    You got an idea for yours? x

    Wednesday 11th June- green

    Breakfast: ff yoghurt, apple, pineapple
    Lunch: 1xtoast with spread (1) mushrooms, beans and an egg
    Snack: skips (3.5) cereal (Hexb)
    Tea: homemade quorn chilli
    Ff yoghurt for supper!

    Thoughts: hungry day today! Really low energy too, hope I'm not coming down with something. Saved syns in case I need a snacky later...
