I decided to start a food diary on here- I usually keep one on my phone but I feel more accountable on here! I'm mainly doing EE/Green but might try a few red days after a trip to the farm shop. I'm hoping to lose weight and maintain for my upcoming wedding- I'm 11st now and want to be around 10st4-7lb. Main motivation= can't buy my dress til I hit target! So here goes. Tuesday 27th May- Green Breakfast: 35g All bran (Hexb) with skimmed milk (hexa) and coffee! Lunch: Banana, Cheese and pickle sandwich (Hexb and hexa) quavers (4.5) spread (1) Tea: Spag bol with quorn mince, chopped toms/mushrooms/onions/garlic/peppers Snacks: Pineapple, grapes Thoughts: More SF needed!
