    Does anyone know what the thighs and drumsticks are? Ive been looking everywhere for the syn value and cant find it!!

    Thats a good point - these values dont say with or without skin!?

    Theres normally and asterisk if they're free without skin so i would assume they're not but what are they without skin?

    This makes no sense lol

    It says in the old posts that some are injected with sugars and fats which make them syn high.
    However there is a lot of conflicting posts about it. anyone know the up to date information??

    Argh - I get these for convienience when out & about, take the skin off & treat it as free on a red day!!
