Hello Minimins!

Its been a while since I posted on here. Had a few personal issues over the last year, so took some time out, then dabbled wth WW (in 5 weeks i am now a pound heavier than i was when i started?!), so here I am. Again!

I go on holidays 5 weeks tomorrow, so will be pleased if i can shift at least 5lb - more of course would be nice!!!

Diary for today: Extra Easy

B - 2 weetabix, skim Milk, Strawberries - Hex a & b
S - banana
L - Mixed beans, cous cous, roasted veg, tuna
S - apple, activia FF yog
D - Spag bol, side salad, (i have only lean mince nor extra lean - so 6 sins)
Exercise - 1 hour military boot camp.

Morning all

Day 2! going strong!

I feel really good for getting a 100% day under my belt. Taking it step by step, day by day. So here is todays diary :)

Extra Easy
B - porridge, skimmed milk, rasins - Hea & b + 3 sins
L - rice noodles, prawns, peppers, onion, mushroom, mange tout. Banana
D - chicken burritos ( 2 x wrap =10, rice, chicken, perppers, chilli, passta), wedges, corn cob
total sins - 13

No exercise today, i pulled my leg last night :(
