    Diet:
    Slimming World
    Ive been doing sw for about 2 weeks now, lost 9lb so far, and aiming to lose about 2 stone altogether. I appreciate any advice that may help and if i slip up feel free to tell me off :rolleyes:

    Monday 22nd February - Green Day

    Brunch: (working nights at minute so i miss breakfast :D)
    1/2 tin spaghetti
    1 toast (1/2 hexB)
    apple


    Dinner:
    Tomato and Herb Pasta Bake (i cant find syn value yet but will keep looking, its from tesco in a 500g jar if anyone knows)
    Pasta
    Salad - lettuce, cuecumber, onion (1/3)


    Snacks:
    2 alpen light (hexB)
    2 mini babybell light (hexA and rest is used on milk in tea, about 3 cups at most)
    bowl of strawberries and grapes
    vegetable frittata
