RTM week 5?

Could someone give me some information on what types of food you can have on week 5 of RTM... also how many packs was it?
 
On week 5, I think I was having 3 packs. But remember that you can stay in any stage as long as you like. So you may have cut down to 2 by then. You will be eating a good range of foods, but nearly all will be in the low carb range - plus some fruits.
