Rubbish Rubbish....

Hello Everyone,

Well I have been rubbish lately on WW, I went on holiday for a long weekend last week and I wasnt great on the diet. :-(
I then got back in big motovation mood to get back on the excersice and start eating healthy again when I went sick and have been off for a week so when i did start to feel a little bit better I just ate.

I still stook to my points and didnt go over them but I didnt excersice. :-(

I also have my third WI tonight and Im DREADING it. :-(

Oh well hopefully next week will be better?!

Sorry to moan guys im just so angry with myself.

Don't be so harsh on yourself. You had so fun over weekend and then didn't feel well - it happens to all of us. The only difference between losing a battle and winning it is NOT GIVING UP!!!!
Draw the line and start afresh - you know you CAN do it - keep it up xxx

You just need to get back on the wagon, and try your best - that is all anyone can ask of you..
