Ruby's first food diary

Hi all,

Have decided to join you all and start my own food diary here. I have 3 stone to lose, and I'm hoping to achieve it by May.

Today is my 5th day on plan, doing a mix of red/green/ee. Please feel free to comment.

Sun/EE

Bacon sandwich/ 2 ww brown bread, scrape of mustard, bacon, salad.

Spag Bol/ pasta and extra lean mince mixed in with half jar (500g) of dolmio sauce. 28g light cheese.

Wow. I think you're doing great - hence the 4lb weight loss. And I'm jealous that you're getting exercise in! But good on you! I just started posting my food diary today. Hopefully it will keep me honest!

Course you can:) Morrisons 6o% less fat pork sausages. They come in packs of 8 from the chiller counter and work out half syn each. They are lovely. Never really ate sausages till I started SW, now I can't get enough.
