aww hun, just think how amazing you will look after the weightloss and how everyone at work will take one look you and regret eating all the cooked breakfasts, biscuits, doughnuts, et.c. I know its difficult though. I feel so hungry when my family is eating, i just have alittle smell and then try to get out and go for a walk.

But just keep filling up on the water and the rumbles will disappear.

I hope you get through the rest of th day ok :)

    xx

KEEP GOING!! YOU CAN DO IT.....RISE ABOVE IT.....I had the same prob ystday a work, between people having bkfast at thir desk and then later on bringing back rolls at lunchtime, my nose was so alert to all the smells.....and me sitting there with tummy rumbling, I just drank water, walked around, visited the bathroom, etc YOU CAN DO IT!

Thankyou all so much for the advice will definatly have a look at that web site!!!

So far I have worked out when I can fit the gym, swimming and spinning around work for the next two weeks....

...Been looking for an outfit as I have a wedding to go to.....thinking of pulling a sickie for this though........bride told me she is having it recorded for a start and secondly I love clothes and have been trying to find a new out fit and I don't want to spend alot of money on a new outfit just yet as I don't want to be my current size for much longer......tried stuff on in megahell the other day and found some amazing trousers from monsoon and a top that I loved and looked nice in but teh grand total even without shoes, hair and make up came to just over £130.....I don't want to spend that an an outfit I will never wear again!!!!

Hi butterfly.....where abouts in Nottingham are you.....Im from Carlton originally and now live in Plymouth......loving it down here.

How long have you been dieting ? The first week to 2 weeks are the hardest.......by the end of the 2nd week you should be feeling much better and not feel hungry at all.

Actually you may have heard it in the news up there it was in the local paper too. He crashed his car near mansfield, he broke his back and has spinal damage, he is paralysed from just above the waist. There has been no improvement yet and it looks like there wont be now....but we are hoping.
He is now learning how to care for himself so when the time comes he can leave the safety of the hospital. He was initially in Kingsmill hosp, but they sent him to queens med and is now having rehab in Sheffield northern general.
