I posted on here a few days ago about problems I was having with running. Basically, I was running out of energy v quick on my to runs since low-carbing. I've found the root of my problem and thought I'd share in case anyone else was struggling. I knocked my pace down to 30-60 seconds a mile below my usual pace and I'm fine now. Basically, I think you sort of have rebuild your fitness once you've started Atkins, but im hoping I can build it back up again :)

So anyone else struggling, try slowing it down so you have a lower heart rate - I used to run mainly on glycogen but I guess by slowing it down I can utilise my fat stores :)
