I am on week 7 of the couch to 5k, and am just starting up dukan again today. I was very sedentary last time I wandered through dukan. This time around I am determined to keep up with the joggling, and I was wondering whether anybody else exercised regularly whilst on the plan? I am contemplating starting on the cruise phase and doing pv days on my running days. what do folk think?
