I read someones post about a problem with runny poo. I had the same problem so I rang the lipotrim company.

They said " Use the green fibrogel, the one without sugar. Reason being, you need insoluble fibre rather than the soluble fibre in fibre clear."

It worked a treat, problem solved. Pass the message on.;)

What is the green FibreClear? Does that just mean the one in the white pot with the green lid? I wasn't aware that there was another one. The other one wouldn't be allowed on the diet anyway if it's got sugar in it.

Sorry darling. It is a completely different product from the chemist. It is FIBROGEL, not the fibre clear that you get with the lipotrim. There are two choices I think, the normal one with sugar in, or the one for diabetics( the green one). It makes up like a thick squash mixture that can be quite strong, but it is great.

Hope that is more help to you and anyone else that is suffering at the moment.;)

Did I mention that you might need to ask at the counter for it?
