Use cold water instead of hot, I did it once by accident :(

i still use hot but add loads i like mine like my shake ust have to put it in a big bowl or it spills over in mircowave

thanks so much, im going to try the cold water method for tea time, and the more water method for tomorrow!!

SNAP
I use hot water, but about 300mls in a mega mug and zap in microwave. More like a drink with a few bits of oat in it. And mostly the maple flavoured one each day.
