I am on my second day. I made the cheese and broccoli soup last night and it was so runny it was foul!

I am going to try the leek and potato one toinght. Can anyone tell me how they make their soup and is yours runny?

Is the leek and potato nice or shall I just have a shake?

Leek and potato is really nice, I think. No one appears to like the cheese and broccoli!
Are you adding too much water? Do you use a hand whisk to whizz it up? x

Try adding a little less water than it says on the packet, if you prefer it thicker. Just make sure you drink additional fresh water to make up for it. x

I use half a pack of soup in a mug of hot water and find it's just about right.

I add rocket leaves and lots of black pepper to the brocolli. Added loads of corriander and chillies to the oriental chilli today, really nice

Just had the pot and leek one. Added less water and it wasn't so runny. Thanks for the advice. Going to bed now so I don't go into the kitchen!
