I had about a month before this week. Get back on it today and get that big loss and water weight out of the way. You'll soon be feeling much better and back to where you were and you'll be ready to take more ground in the fat war.

lol fair enough but one tip for you: make your last meal of the day something Atkins friendly. I have had one last blow out meal in the past and it makes you get up te next day feeling rubbish and tired. Get some bacon and eggs down you and get up fighting ;)
