Hi Ruth well done on your promotion hope you had a good hol we in cyprus 7 weeks left no scales here trying to find some to buy weather a bit cooler today so going to get a daily walk in better than nothing lol x

Hello Everyone!

Im still on here I just had a very bad fall injured my knee and ruined everything completely! Still struggling a bit as I had an infection in my knee and was on crutches and using taxis to constantly get around! I'm just trying bits and pieces to see if I can lose weight! Cannot wait to start exercising again- way too painful at the minute!

So sorry I've not been on, I was stupidly down in the dumps then busy and I found that the longer I left it the harder it was to reappear again.

So sorry to hear about your leg injury I hope it's slowly improving

Sorry I haven't replied it wouldn't let me for some reason :D

I am getting much better just cannot exercise as much as Id like to what with a weak wrist and weak knee but im hoping that it will get better!!!

Feeling much better now :)
