    Started Rosemary Conley Online yesterday and so far it's wonderful! Not hungry and after a day I already feel better and much more comfortable- no tummy ache etc!

    I am completing the FAB diet to see how it goes- it is all planned out for me but I have had to tweak the breakfasts slightly and sometimes move lunch and dinner around as I work shifts but I have been told that is fine :)

    1.5 Litres Water

    45 Minute Walk
    8 Sit Ups
    Fitness Challenge Complete
