Just starting a diary on here with my yeast elimination diet as suggested by a medical professional!

Hoping it's going to help and I'm going to have a healthy and happy 2012! Not sure of I'm going to lose weight, just need somewhere to put my thoughts!

Day 1

Breakfast:
Baked Beans
Green Tea

Lunch:
2x Ham, Cucumber and Lettuce wraps (yeast free)
Tesco Lightly Salted Rice Cakes
Low Calorie Tonic Water

Dinner
1/2 Jacket Potato (chef put butter on it!)
It did come with a salad but it was caked in oil so I haven't eaten it!

Has been nice so far though and im not hungry :)
