Ryvita as Hex b

Does anyone know how many Ryvita original you can have as a HexB. My book says 2 and 4?? very confused! Tks

You can have either, if you have 4 it's an ff in the fibre stakes or if you have 2 it's helps with something else! Sorry I'm in bed and books are in the other room. In a nutshell you can do either ands a hex!

4 x Ryvita = Fibre
2 x Ryvita = Speed food

So you can choose if you want it to be for the fibre or if you want it as a speed food to help along with the weight loss

So that means my 2 ryvitas i have a lunch time count as a free food and not as a HE-b or a syn if i have something else for my HE-b?

No they aren't free they are a hex b, it's just that if you only have two of them they speed your weight loss rather than having 4 which gives you plenty of fibre!
