I was just looking at scan bran recipes and thought I'd try some, but my WI isnt until Monday. In the meantime, does ryvita dark rye have the same effects as scan bran?
I doubt it - scan bran is uber high in fibre at around 42%. I don't think ryvita can compare with that. You can get scan bran from Holland and Barrett and I believe also from waitrose or ocado
