Does anyone have a syn value for these?
Also, other ryvitas can be used as HEX, can these?
Sorry im new to slimming world and just trying to figure it all out.

I don't know about the healthy extra, someone else would have to look that up for you (I don't do SW anymore, my books out dated!), but you can use the 20 calories = 1 syn for these. It's a good rule for anything that doesn't have a "free" food in it.
